Finance Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

We are looking for a Finance Manager to oversee the finance and accounting functions, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective financial controls, and smooth day-to-day finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the overall finance and accounting operations, including month-end and year-end closing.
• Oversee preparation of management reports, financial statements and other financial analysis.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting and cash flow planning.
• Ensure compliance with accounting standards, tax requirements and internal policies.
• Review financial performance and provide insights to support business decisions.
• Monitor internal controls and identify areas for process improvement.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, bankers and other external stakeholders.
• Lead and guide the finance team in daily operations and deliverables.
• Support management on ad hoc financial analysis and business projects.

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related discipline.
• ACCA, MIA or other relevant professional accounting qualification is preferred.
• Mandarin speaking is required to communicate with Mandarin-speaking stakeholders.
• Relevant experience in accounting and finance, preferably with experience in a managerial or supervisory capacity.
• Good knowledge of financial reporting, accounting principles and finance operations.
• Good communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Able to work independently and manage multiple priorities.
• Willing to work on-site.
