What you'll do:

• Lead regional financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and performance reporting to support business growth.
• Partner with commercial and operational stakeholders to drive profitability, improve business performance, and support strategic initiatives.
• Oversee financial governance, cost management, and operational performance across multiple markets.
• Deliver timely financial insights and recommendations to senior leadership to enable informed decision-making.
• Champion finance transformation through process optimisation, systems enhancement, and continuous improvement.
• Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing finance team while fostering strong cross-functional collaboration.

What you'll bring

• Degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline with a recognised professional qualification (CA, CPA, ACCA, CIMA, or equivalent).
• Proven experience in FP&A, commercial finance, and business partnering within a regional or multinational environment.
• Strong understanding of financial reporting, governance, and internal controls.
• Demonstrated leadership experience with the ability to influence senior stakeholders and develop high-performing teams.
• Experience driving finance transformation, process improvement, or systems implementation will be an added advantage.
