A leading organisation in Putrajaya is seeking an Investor Relations Manager to play a key role in strengthening engagement with investors, analysts, and the broader investment community. This position offers the opportunity to shape the company's market perception, investor communications, and equity story while working closely with Senior Management and key capital market stakeholders. Based in Putrajaya, the role provides significant exposure to strategic decision-making and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the organisation's investor relations agenda. * Build and maintain strong relationships with institutional investors, fund managers, shareholders, rating agencies, and equity research analysts. * Act as a key liaison between the organisation and the investment community, helping to strengthen market confidence and transparency. * Gain exposure to senior leadership and contribute to high-profile initiatives, including annual reporting, market communication strategies, and investor engagement activities.

What you'll do

As an Investor Relations Manager, you will lead investor engagement activities and support the development of clear, accurate, and impactful communication with the investment community. You will work closely with internal stakeholders and Senior Management to coordinate investor meetings, prepare market-facing materials, and provide insights on market sentiment and shareholder trends. This role is ideal for a professional who combines strong financial acumen with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Lead analyst briefings, results presentations, non-deal roadshows, and investor meetings.
  • Build and maintain relationships with equity research analysts, institutional investors, fund managers, shareholders, and rating agencies.
  • Manage investor and analyst enquiries in accordance with disclosure requirements and corporate governance standards.
  • Coordinate investor conferences, site visits, and stakeholder engagement activities.
  • Prepare investor presentations, fact sheets, Q&A materials, and other communication documents.
  • Maintain and enhance the Investor Relations section of the corporate website and related communication channels.
  • Monitor analyst reports and market commentary, addressing any inaccuracies or misconceptions where necessary.
  • Track shareholding trends, analyse investor feedback, and provide market intelligence to Senior Management.
  • Support the development of the Group's equity story, investor proposition, and strategic communications.
  • Contribute to annual reports and other strategic corporate initiatives.

What you bring

  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, or a related discipline.
  • Professional qualifications such as ACCA, CPA, CFA, or equivalent are an advantage.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience in Investor Relations, Equity Research, Corporate Finance, Fund Management, Investment Banking, or Financial Analysis.
  • Experience within a listed company environment is highly preferred.
  • Strong understanding of financial statements, valuation methodologies, and capital markets.
  • Advanced analytical and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other relevant financial tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to engage confidently with investors and senior stakeholders.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
