Our client is seeking a Corporate Strategy Manager/Senior Manager to drive strategic investments and growth initiatives. This role will lead the evaluation of mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, and strategic investments to support the company’s long-term expansion. You will conduct in-depth financial modelling, valuation, due diligence, and risk assessments to enable informed investment decisions. Your ability to identify potential synergies, financial impact, and risk mitigation strategies while identifying new business opportunities aligned with corporate objectives will be crucial.
What you'll do:
As a Corporate Strategy Manager/Senior Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future direction of the company. You will lead the evaluation of strategic investments including mergers and acquisitions that align with the company's long-term goals. Your expertise in financial modelling and risk assessment will be key in making informed investment decisions. Collaborating with key stakeholders such as external advisors and legal teams will be part of your daily routine. Monitoring market trends and competitor strategies will also fall under your purview. Lastly, your leadership skills will be put to test as you manage M&A transactions and deal execution.

What you bring:
The ideal candidate for this Corporate Strategy Manager/Senior Manager position brings a wealth of knowledge from their academic background in finance or a related field. An MBA or CFA certification would be an added advantage. With at least 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Strategy or related roles such as MCA or Investment Banking under your belt, you are well-versed in financial analysis and portfolio management. Prior experience in investment banking or private equity consulting would make you stand out from other candidates.
- Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, Business, Economics or related field.
- Master’s degree (MBA) or CFA certification is highly preferred.
- Minimum 6-8 years of experience in Corporate Strategy, MCA, Investment, Financial Analysis or Portfolio Management.
- Prior experience in investment banking, private equity consulting or auditing firms is highly advantageous.
