What you'll do:
As a Pricing Manager, you will be at the forefront of developing robust pricing strategies that drive both operational excellence and strategic growth across Malaysia, Singapore, and Brunei. Your day-to-day activities will involve deep analytical work—conducting detailed assessments of current pricing models against market benchmarks—and translating these insights into actionable plans. You will collaborate extensively with Sales, Marketing, Legal, and Business Market Leaders to ensure that every aspect of the pricing process is aligned with broader business goals. By facilitating regular meetings focused on commercial terms, you will help validate new opportunities while supporting your colleagues in negotiations with key accounts. - Conduct comprehensive analyses of pricing structures and market competitiveness to inform strategic recommendations that enhance profitability and strengthen market presence.
- Define local price lists in accordance with established vertical pricing corridors, ensuring consistency across all sales channels for optimal efficiency.
- Drive the creation of Commercial Terms & Conditions in partnership with Sales and Marketing teams by integrating insights from diagnostics and current market trends.
- Monitor sell-in campaign budgets closely while collaborating with Business Market Leaders and other stakeholders to design effective campaign mechanics that remain competitive within the industry.
- Ensure customer invoicing is accurate and timely by aligning processes with defined pricing structures and contractual agreements.
- Facilitate monthly meetings on the Commercial Terms & Conditions platform, leading validation of new business opportunities as well as strategic pricing actions.
- Collaborate with Legal teams to structure customer contracts that include essential pricing-related clauses such as price adjustment mechanisms or inventory terms.
- Empower customer-facing teams by enabling them to communicate value propositions clearly and explain underlying pricing logic to partners and dealers.
- Support Key Account Managers during annual negotiations and long-term contract development to ensure alignment with overall pricing strategy and business objectives.
- Implement and monitor price commissioning policies for selected dealers, ensuring compliance while tracking performance metrics.

- Experience supporting contract negotiations by providing valuable input on commercial terms including price adjustment mechanisms or inventory clauses.
- A track record of successfully implementing price commissioning policies or similar incentive schemes for channel partners or dealers.
