PTP Senior Analyst

A leading MNC Services company is looking for a PTP talent who knows end-to-end processes to expand their finance shared services team in Petaling Jaya.

What you'll do:

• Guide the transition and establishment of procure to pay operations within the finance shared services centre, ensuring seamless transfer of financial processes, systems, and data from regional business units.
• Work closely with linternal stakeholders and outsourced parties to establish service levels, performance metrics, technology requirements, and adapt these as needed over time.
• Manage service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs) for all procure to pay processes including vendor onboarding, document processing, payments, helpdesk management, reconciliation, and travel & expenses.
• Review, coordinate, and prioritise tasks performed by outsourced parties while offering constructive feedback on areas for improvement or recognising areas of excellence.
• Highlight areas of concern or risks related to non-compliance with corporate policies and procedures while striving for continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with global process owners regarding standardisation, optimisation initiatives, improvements, automations or system upgrades within procure to pay processes.

What you bring:

• You possess at least 8 years’ relevant experience in procure to pay operations with at least 3 years spent supervising teams ideally within a shared services centre or BPO structure.
• Your detailed understanding covers all aspects of accounts payable including invoice processing, vendor master data management, travel & expenses administration, helpdesk coordination, payment execution and reporting.
• You are proficient in MS Office tools as well as SAP platforms which enables you to efficiently manage large volumes of transactional data.
• You have experience utilising data insights to identify trends or efficiencies within accounts payable workflows while recommending improvements where appropriate.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance & Accounting; certifications such as Six Sigma/SAP/People Management are highly desirable.
