To excel as an Accounts Receivable Specialist in this organisation, your background should reflect substantial experience handling complex AR functions within a fast-moving business setting.

• Demonstrated experience managing end-to-end accounts receivable processes within a corporate or professional services environment.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles combined with hands-on experience using accounting software; familiarity with QuickBooks is considered an advantage.
• Proven ability to monitor account ageing, conduct effective collections activities, and resolve billing issues promptly through considerate communication.
• Experience supporting tax filings, ensuring compliance with local sales taxation requirements, and participating in audit processes when needed.
• Strong analytical skills enabling you to evaluate credit risks accurately for both new prospects and existing clients.
• Excellent interpersonal abilities allowing you to build trust-based relationships with colleagues across departments as well as external partners.
• A proactive approach towards identifying process inefficiencies coupled with a willingness to recommend practical solutions for continuous improvement.
• High level of dependability demonstrated by consistently meeting deadlines even when managing multiple priorities simultaneously.
