Our client is seeking a dedicated Account Executive to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to utilise your accounting and audit skills in a fast-paced environment. You will be responsible for ensuring the completeness and accuracy of Revenue & Cost, AR, AP ageing & Contract Assets/Liabilities, and providing monthly and quarterly consolidation and group management reporting for AR. Your excellent communication skills will be put to good use as you interface with Customers, Business units and Internal/External auditors.

What you'll do:
As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in maintaining the financial health of our client's organisation. You will be responsible for ensuring the accuracy of accounts receivable (AR), accounts payable (AP) ageing & Contract Assets/Liabilities. Your role will also involve sending sales/tax invoices to customers, following up on collections, and ensuring payments from customers are received within the agreed terms. You will provide monthly and quarterly consolidation and group management reporting for AR. Additionally, you will interface with customers, business units, and internal/external auditors.
- Ensure accuracy of AR, AP ageing & Contract Assets/Liabilities
- Ensure Sales/Tax Invoicing sent to customers
- Follow-up on collection and ensure payment from customers received within payment term
- Provide monthly and quarterly consolidation and group management reporting for AR
- Ensure SOA sent and follow up with customer
- Interface with Customers, Business unit and Internal/External auditors
- Ensure all processes are in accordance with Company’s Policy & procedures and SST regulations

- Minimum of 1 year experience in accounting/audit fields
