Introducing the 2026 Malaysia
Leadership Awards

In celebration of our 20th anniversary in Malaysia, Robert Walters is proud to launch the first edition of Malaysia Leadership Awards, a celebration of the extraordinary leaders who have helped shape our nation’s talent landscape.

Over the past two decades, we've had the privilege of listening to countless inspiring leadership stories. These awards are our way of honouring the people behind those stories – the ones who lead with purpose, uplift others, and drive real change.

For the first time in Malaysia, we will highlight and celebrate leadership excellence and local impact on the Malaysian community through the stories of exceptional leaders.
