Spearhead and drive all initiatives to elevate the company's branding on social media platforms
Strategise, develop and own the content calendar and roadmap for all social media and organic channels
Conceptualise compelling stories to introduce our brand to new audiences via influencer marketing
Create and execute interesting and eye-catching content to help achieve the company's business objectives
Provide smart perspective on overall social and content industry landscape, trends and best practices
Conceptualise the company's editorial strategy to identify and optimise keywords for SEO
Gain and implement channel standard methodologies to ensure message relevance according to the user's journey
Review and report content strategy performance and impact to business goals, applying feedback to optimise future creatives
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Social Media Manager role will bring a wealth of experience in managing social media for lifestyle brands. With 4-7 years of digital marketing experience, you will have honed your skills in creative thinking within the digital space, including content creation, media, social and activation. Your understanding of new technology and content solutions, coupled with your connection to entertainment and pop culture, will enable you to create engaging content that resonates with our audience. Your analytical reasoning skills will support your creative ideas, while your knowledge of SEO and performance metrics will drive our success on social media platforms. Your attention to detail and excellent organisational skills will ensure smooth operations.
Proven track record in social media management for a lifestyle brand
4-7 years of digital marketing experience, with an emphasis on social media, and or/content development
Superb experience leading creative thinking in the digital space: content, media, social and activation
A good understanding of new technology, new content solutions, social media events and developments—plus a strong connection with entertainment and pop culture
Good intuition for consumer insights - you understand what makes people tick
The ability to back up great creative ideas with sound analytical reasoning
Knowledge of SEO and social media performance metrics
Attention to detail
Good organisational and time-management skills
