What you'll do: As an AR Team Lead, you will play a pivotal role in managing and leading the accounts receivable function. You will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of account receivables, from invoicing to collections and reporting. Your leadership skills will be crucial in driving the team's performance, while your strategic thinking will help optimise cash flow and minimise bad debts. With your commitment to accuracy and efficiency, you will ensure that all transactions are processed promptly and correctly. Lead and manage the Accounts Receivable team ensuring high performance
Oversee all aspects of account receivables including invoicing, collections, and reporting
Implement effective strategies to optimise cash flow and reduce bad debts
Ensure accurate and timely processing of transactions
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure smooth running of accounts
Continually review processes and procedures to improve efficiency
