What you'll do: As an FP&A Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in guiding the financial direction of the company. Your responsibilities will include providing comprehensive financial updates to senior management, guiding the cost analysis process, improving financial status through detailed analysis, reconciling transactions, and increasing productivity through innovative solutions. Provide comprehensive financial updates to senior management by evaluating, analysing, and reporting appropriate data points
Guide cost analysis process by establishing and enforcing policies and procedures
Improve financial status by analysing results, monitoring variances, identifying trends, and recommending actions to management
Reconcile transactions by comparing and correcting data
Gain and update job knowledge by participating in educational opportunities, reading professional publications, maintaining personal networks, participating in professional organisations
