What you'll do:
As a Product Manager (UI/UX), you will play a crucial role in shaping the user experience across our client's internal platforms. Your primary responsibility will be to drive UI/UX enhancements that create seamless and efficient experiences for employees across various departments. You will lead the design and refinement of dashboards, gather valuable user feedback, and work closely with cross-functional teams to align system enhancements with business needs. Your ability to translate business goals into practical UI/UX improvements will be key in this role. Additionally, your knack for identifying opportunities for process automation will contribute significantly to improving operational efficiency.
- Lead improvements in the design and functionality of internal tools to ensure seamless user experiences.
- Design and refine dashboards that provide clear insights, streamline workflows, and enhance decision-making processes.
- Gather and analyse user feedback to understand pain points, optimise usability, and improve system navigation.
- Work closely with internal teams to align system enhancements with business needs.
- Translate business goals into UI/UX improvements, ensuring changes are practical, impactful, and aligned with company objectives.
- Identify opportunities to simplify workflows and introduce automation to improve operational efficiency.
- Conduct usability tests, gather insights, and refine interfaces based on real user behaviour.
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Product Manager (UI/UX) role will bring a wealth of experience in product management, with a specific focus on UI/UX design and development. Your fluency in Mandarin and English, coupled with excellent communication skills, will enable you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships. Your strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies, along with your experience with design and prototyping tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD or similar, will be crucial in driving UI/UX enhancements across internal platforms.
- Proven experience (3+ years) in product management with a focus on UI/UX design and development.
- Fluency in Mandarin and English, with excellent communication skills in both languages.
- Strong understanding of user-centred design principles and methodologies.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to use data to inform product decisions.
- Demonstrated success in leading UI/UX enhancements for internal tools or enterprise applications.
- Familiarity with agile development methodologies and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello).
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
