Our client is seeking a Senior UIUX Designer to act as the subject matter expert in User Interface and User Experience Design.
This role is critical for the success of their digital business, where you will be responsible for building the user interface, interaction design and visualising the overall user experience for digital banking and consumer products and services. You will identify areas of improvements, assist in deploying enhancements and ideate new solutions based on customers’ needs and wants that will drive digital performances.

What you'll do:
As a Senior UIUX Designer, your primary responsibility will be to execute interface designs from concept to prototyping to final hand-off to the development team. You will gather and evaluate user requirements, transforming complex concepts into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly designs. Your role includes conducting user research, benchmarking, usability testing, evaluating user feedback and providing rectification suggestions. You will stay up-to-date on industry and user experience trends, best practices and technology, promoting them within the team. Working closely with various functional teams to support design needs is also part of your role. Additionally, you will provide direction or guidance to junior designers.
- Executing interface designs from concept to prototyping to final hand-off to the development team
- Gathering and evaluating user requirements and transforming complex concepts into intuitive, accessible, and user-friendly designs
- Conducting user research, benchmarking, usability testing, evaluating user feedback and provide rectification suggestions
- Staying up to date on industry and user experience trends, best practices and technology and promoting them within the team
- Working closely with various functional teams to support design needs
- Providing direction or guidance to junior designers

Good knowledge in product design processes is essential along with familiarity in executing user journeys, information architectures, wireframes, prototypes and presentation slides. The ability to articulate design rationale and communicate effectively is crucial for this role. The candidate should have the ability to work independently as well as being a good team player.
