About the UX Consultant Role:
The company is well known in the world and needs no introduction. You will spearhead product design initiatives application development for product solutions. Your role involves coordinating with various stakeholders, including technology team, third-party vendors, and business leaders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take the lead in managing product design initiatives, ensuring they align with the overall product goals and strategies
• Be an engaging storyteller and effective communicator, responsible for delivering final designs and facilitating discovery/design workshops for stakeholders and project teams
• Champion a design approach focused on the user, effectively expressing user problems and business opportunities
• Utilise data insights to inform UX/UI design decisions
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, gather requirements, oversee design deliverables, and suggest enhancements for existing products

To succeed in this role, you will need at least five years of work experience, possess a deep understanding and practical experience in user experience research methods and the implementation of digital design systems.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in human-centred design, digital media design, creative multimedia, or any related design field
• A minimum of seven years of experience in user experience and interaction design and management, with relevant experience in handling design systems
• Portfolio showcasing successful product launches in the market
• Able to plan and conduct design/discovery workshops
• Proficient in Figma, Figjam and Miro
