About the Digital Product Designer (UIUX) Role:
In this position, you will be providing support in discovering, designing, and improving digital customer experiences for products in emerging markets with a deep passion for perfecting the end-to-end design process across a diverse set of teams, disciplines, and platform technologies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conducting user research and user interviews to understand user behaviour and pain points
• Transforming business and user insights into desirable customer journey by executing mobile-first design mock-ups
• Supporting wireframing and rapid prototyping to validate concepts with both business and users
• Designing and delivering highly polished and consistent hi-fidelity screens and assets for development
• Running usability test or A/B test for making data-driven decisions
• Liaising effectively with product managers and developers for alignment to implement your designs
• Executing the design process for various country teams, and further collaborating with the global design team (across UI/UX/product) to improve group design processes and systems
• Building on and improving design systems and components

The ideal candidate must be knowledgeable in Figma and have at least three to five years of hands-on experience in designing beautiful and highly practical use of interfaces for a variety of mobile/tablet/web products.

Key Requirements:

• Degree or diploma in UX, HCI, web design, multimedia or equivalent professional experience is valuable
• Three to five years of hands-on experience in designing beautiful and high practical use of interfaces for a variety of mobile/tablet/web products
• Strong understanding of typography, iconography, and composition
• Expert knowledge of mobile design best practices and iOS/Android patterns
• Expert with industry standard design tools and systems (i.e. Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, etc.)
• Experience in animation or interaction design works (i.e. site map, user personas, journey mapping, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
• Visual design, photography or illustration skills is an advantage
• Experience with analytics tools and A/B testing is preferred
• Experience in UX or user research is an advantage
• Experience with design thinking and/or workshop facilitation is nice to have
