This company is seeking a Performance Tester to join their dynamic team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to be involved in performance test designing, planning, and reporting processes. You will be responsible for coordinating non-functional requirements collection with all stakeholders, specifying test scenarios and data, and identifying test cases.
What you'll do: As a Performance Tester, you will play a crucial role in delivering performance testing services. You will be involved in every step of the process from designing the tests to planning and reporting. Your ability to coordinate non-functional requirements collection with all stakeholders will be key to your success. You will also specify test scenarios and data, identify test cases, and work closely with all stakeholders to review and provide feedback on the test strategy/test plan.
- Accountable for delivery of performance testing services
- Involved in performance Test designing, planning, and reporting process
- Coordinate nonfunctional requirements collection process with all the stakeholders
- Specify test scenario and test data. Identify test cases
- Work with all stakeholders to review, provide feedback and sign off test strategy/test plan and other documentation
- Coordinate with the test Governance team to ensure adoption of testing methods, standards, and tools
- Participate and contribute to forum, as to drive testing transformation and innovation
What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Performance Tester role has 4 - 8 years of relevant experience working with LoadRunner. A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in computer engineering or a related field is required. Hands-on experience with industry performance test tools such as Loadrunner and JMeter is essential.
- 4-5 years of relevant experience working as Performance tester with LoadRunner
- Bachelor’s Degree or Master’s degree in computer engineering or related field
- Hands-on experience with industry performance test tools such as Loadrunner, and JMeter
- Knowledge of professional software engineering practices best practices for the full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations Experience with test driven development TTD and behavior driven development BDD
- Experience documenting software defects using JIRA
- Experience working in an Agile environment
- Expertise within forecasting, requirement gathering, delivery execution, timeline creation
