What you'll do:
As a Staff Test Engineer (ICs), your role will be pivotal in driving the development of test hardware and programs. You will be working closely with various function groups, providing essential testing support for diverse projects. Your excellent problem-solving skills will be put to use as you investigate testing-related issues, perform detailed analysis, and publish summary reports. This role provides a unique opportunity to showcase your technical expertise while also honing your leadership skills.
- Develop test hardware and program for different integrated ICs for prototype evaluation, characterization, and production testing
- Define and specify test plans and documents for new product production release
- Collaborate with different function groups to provide testing support for different projects
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to resolve any issues associated with testing
- Investigate testing related issues with detailed analysis and publish summary report
- Perform correlation and repeatability to set proper production test limits
- Develop, document, implement, and support standardized test methodologies
- Manage vendors to ensure expected outcomes in terms of schedule and resolutions
What you bring:
As a Staff Test Engineer specialising in ICs, you bring a wealth of experience in Electrical Engineering. Your expertise in developing ATE test solutions for analogue and mixed-signal IC's manufacturing testing environments is crucial. Your proven programming skills in C/C++/VBA coupled with your strong background in statistical data analysis using statistical tools including Excel sets you apart from others.
- xtensive experience in Electrical Engineering
- Experience in development of ATE test solutions for analogue and mixed-signal IC‘s manufacturing testing environment such as protection load switches and RF products
- Comprehensive understanding of electrical circuits and Analog / Digital IC testing methodologies incorporated with high volume production techniques and requirements
- Proven programming skills in C/C++/VBA
- Strong background in statistical data analysis using statistical tools including Excel
- Familiarity with different lab instruments and ATE testers will be a significant advantage
