Software QA Tester

About the Software QA Tester Role:
Based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, you will work collaboratively and pragmatically with the internal and external stakeholders in supporting the application to achieve high-quality products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist and support the QA Manager in executing test planning activities, test execution activities, defect management activities, test tooling evaluation and test process improvement activities
• Ensure quality of test cases, test execution, defect management by following a set of best practices
  established
• Write high quality test cases, detailed bug report and release notes
• Update and maintain a set of documentations such as test cases, bug report, user guide, and release notes in a timely manner

To succeed in this Software QA Tester role, you will need the ability to work well under pressure and in an environment of constant change.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science or information technology or IT equivalent
• Hands-on testing experience with mobile, browser and desktop applications testing at present moment is a plus
• Passionate, a curious mind and focused interest in the domain for testing
• Experienced working in an Agile or Kanban team using JIRA
