A Senior Automation Tester job has become available at a leading insurance MNC, looking for an automation tester to set up test automation framework as well as to design and script automated test. This person have a chance to be part of new project that will build a new digital platform.
About the Senior Automation Tester Role:
Based in Kuala Lumpur, the Senior Automation Tester is responsible to set up test automation framework as well as to design and script automated test.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up test automation framework
- Design and script automation test using test data management and reusability principles
- Engage with Business Analysts to understand business requirements
- Generate test report or dashboard for automation test execution
- Ensure that defects are analysed and communicated with Business Analysts and Development team for resolution
- International travel is required
To succeed in this Senior Automation Tester role, prior experience with Selenium is a must.
Key Requirements:
- Four or more years of prior experience as an Automation Tester
- Prior experience with automated testing via user interfaces and APIs
- Prior experience with Selenium is highly regarded
- Experience with using BrowserStack, Postman and JMeter is preferred
- Experience in database querying (preferred)
- Recent experience in Agile delivery (highly regarded)
- Experience in Java programming
