Senior Quality Assurance

A start up is reruiting for a Senior Quality Assurance job for their IT team in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Senior Quality Assurance Role:
For this Senior Quality Assurance role, you will be responsible for implementing and maintaining a standard within the team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage app quality related activities by reviewing and improving app/system process flows and functional flow
• Able to implementing and maintaining a standard
• Drive identification of root causes and resolutions of bugs and issues with technical team
• Drive corrective actions and improvements for App/System
• Create and implement preventive work flows to ensure quality control of platform
• Track and reporting of app’s quality of performance in terms of fulfilment, engagement, and quality of service (QoS)
• Align with developers, design team, sales, marketing, and analytics to ensure highest quality product is delivered on time
• Incorporate Standard Operating Procedures to improve work flow for pre-release testing
• Creating test scenarios for new app releases
• App and web user acceptance testing
• Addressing user feedback and market response related to quality of platform
• Reporting to product manager

To succeed in this Senior Quality Assurance role, you will need to be is a driven individual with at least two years of experience in the field.

Key Requirements:

• Formal education: Bachelor’s degree in any related field
• Certified Software Testing Qualification is an added advantage (e.g. CSQA, CMSQ)
• Some experience in either product management or quality assurance
• Total work experience: Two to four years is preferred, but fresh graduates are also welcom to apply
• Added value if previous work experience is in the field of e-commerce, social media platforms, or companies with app as a product
• Knowledge with automation testing tools is an added advantage
