Implementation Consultant (B2B SaaS product)

This company is seeking a talented Implementation Consultant to join their dynamic team. What you'll do: As an Implementation Consultant for our client's B2B SaaS product, your role will be multifaceted. You will be responsible for working closely with customers and internal teams to implement solutions that meet business needs. Your ability to design and implement tailored solutions will be crucial in helping customers achieve their goals.

• Collaborate with customers and internal teams to scope, architect, design, and implement tailored solutions using the Work OS.
• Support pre-sales efforts by providing technical expertise, building proof-of-concepts, and delivering post-sale implementation services.
• Plan and manage customer onboarding solutions, complex API integrations, data migrations, custom scripting, and user management.
• Design advanced solutions leveraging APIs, apps framework, and integration platforms.
• Act as a project manager for small to medium-sized projects, ensuring timelines, customer goals, and deliverables are met.
• Advocate for customers, providing feedback to product teams to enhance functionality.
• Conduct end-user training, workshops, and webinars to empower customers and improve adoption of the platform.
• Work with enterprise customers to define and implement solutions that address their unique business needs and challenges.

What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Implementation Consultant role brings a wealth of experience in B2B SaaS. You have proven expertise in architecting and delivering technical solutions for enterprise customers, and a strong knowledge of APIs. Your ability to code in Java/ Python, and familiarity with React will be advantageous.

• 3+ years of experience in B2B SaaS as a technical customer success / implementation manager / professional services consultant / technical project manager.
• Expertise in architecting and delivering technical solutions for enterprise customers.
• Strong knowledge of APIs (RESTful, GraphQL) and experience with integration platforms like Unito, Zapier, Integromat, or Workato.
• Ability to code in Java/ Python; familiarity with React would be advantageous.
• Strong project management skills with a track record of delivering projects on time.
• Excellent ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Experience with SSO/SAML/AD identity authentication protocols.
