Application Support Engineer

As an Application Support Engineer, you'll resolve technical issues, provide L1-L2 support, ensure system uptime per SLA, and offer after-hours standby. You'll communicate updates, perform root cause analysis, and recommend improvements. • Provide L1 - L2 support to customer on a rostered basis
• Ensure up time and availability of warehouse automation system as per SLA
• Provide after-working hours standby whenever required
• Provide clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders for progress update
• Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements
• Participate in design, development and testing modules
• Release training of application changes and patches
• Coordinate UAT and deployment to production environment

• Strong knowledge of software development and support
• Experience providing L1 - L2 support

• Basic understanding in Linux and Network concepts.
