This company is seeking a Fullstack Developer to join their Product Family Digital Commerce & Advisor team. This role is integral in helping the sales teams sell more via digital channels by building and supporting solutions that enable customers to discover and explore products across various digital platforms.
What you'll do: As a Fullstack Developer, you will be immersed in an agile and self-organised environment where you will not only develop new applications but also handle operations and maintenance. You will be part of a dedicated team that has built a platform for efficient development, maintenance, and enhancement of delivered applications.
- Work in an agile and self-organised manner, considering both development of new applications and operations and maintenance as part of your daily work.
- Be part of a dedicated team driving the future development and innovation of their platform according to modern coding, security and tool standards.
- Take responsibility for the smooth and secure integration of new services into the overall landscape and existing backend systems.
- Understand technical issues with end users, troubleshoot, replicate and resolve any technical issues related to operationalised solutions in the team’s product portfolio.
- Use your strong interpersonal skills to ensure quality internal customer service, collaborate effectively with a global development team using agile development methodologies and tools.
- Use standardised methods, tools and reports.
- Contribute strategically to IT architecture and cross-process digitalisation efforts.
What you bring: The ideal candidate needs to have at least 3 years of professional experience in an IT environment. You will have strong knowledge and experience in Java and Angular development, with preferred experience in Cloud technologies, especially AWS and Azure. Your confidence in SQL will be crucial, as well as your ability to support the team with Operational Support strategy, planning, execution, and operations management. Strong communication skills are essential for this role, as is the ability to work independently.
- A degree or comparable education in computer and information science. Minimum 3+ years professional experience in an IT environment.
- Experience and strong knowledge in Java. Experience in Angular development.
- Preferred experience with Cloud technologies (esp. AWS and Azure).
- Strong in SQL. Able to support team with Operational Support strategy, planning, execution, and operations management.
- Strong communication skills and fluent English speaker.
- Experience in Agile way of working or agile implementation approach.
- Strong Digital mindset to accelerate Digitalization transformation journey.
- Passion for programming in a team.
- Analytical capabilities.
- Experience working in global / virtual teams/projects.
