They are currently seeking a Senior Product Engineering Manager to join their team. What you'll do:
As a Senior Product Engineering Manager, you will be at the forefront of technological innovation. Your role will involve working closely with various customers on advanced 7nm, 5nm and 4nm designs using Aprisa place and route tools. You will be responsible for solving complex problems to achieve desired performance, area, and power targets. Additionally, you will develop flow and methodology for placement, CTS, and routing. Your role also includes providing training and technical support to customers using Aprisa tools.
* Working on 7nm, 5nm and 4nm designs with various customers for deployment of Aprisa place and route tools
* Expertise in solving customer's problems for critical designs to achieve desired performance, area and power targets
* Responsible for developing flow and methodology for doing placement, CTS and routing
* Providing training and technical support to customers using Aprisa tools
* Hands-on experience in Physical Design (floorplan, placement, CTS and routing) and timing closure of complex blocks and/or Full Chip designs
* Experience delivering designs with multiple voltage islands and top-level floorplanning & chip-assembly
What you bring:
The ideal candidate for the Senior Product Engineering Manager position brings a wealth of experience in Physical Design with mainstream P&R tools. With over 15 years in the field, you have hands-on experience in Physical Design (floorplan, placement, CTS and routing) and timing closure of complex blocks or Full Chip designs. Your experience with commercial place & route tools like Synopsys-lCC2, Cadence-lnnovus or Aprisa sets you apart. You have successfully completed tapeout for 2 or more projects and have a good understanding of timing, power and area trade-offs. Your ability to pick up new flows, learn on the job and influence QOR is essential. Strong verbal and written communication skills, good presentation skills, and problem-solving abilities are also key to this role.
* Minimum of 15+ years of experience in Physical Design with mainstream P&R tools
* Hands-on experience in Physical Design (floorplan, placement, CTS and routing) and timing closure of complex blocks or Full Chip designs
* Experience with commercial place & route tools like Synopsys-lCC2, Cadence-lnnovus or Aprisa
* Tapeout experience of 2 or more projects
* Good understanding of timing, power and area trade-offs
* Ability to pickup new flows, learn on the job and influence QOR
* Strong verbal and written communication skills; good presentation skills
* Good problem-solving and debugging skills
