Senior Systems Engineer (LIMS)

This company is a global leader in Laboratory Automation software solutions. They are seeking a Senior Systems Engineer (LIMS) to join their team. This role is critical to the business, as you will be working closely with key representatives from various customers to assist them with maintaining and enhancing their mission-critical systems.

What you'll do: As a Senior Systems Engineer (LIMS), your primary role will be to develop an in-depth understanding of our client's products and services. You will be responsible for promoting and maintaining strong business relationships with customers across the Asia Pacific region.

• Develop technical knowledge of the company's products and services and work towards becoming certified.
• Promote and maintain healthy business relationships between the company and its customers.
• Manage, prioritise, investigate and resolve customer enquiries received from customers throughout the Asia Pacific Region.
• Ensure customers' products are well supported and maintained to the highest possible standard with a maximum level of attainable productivity and efficiency.

What you bring: The ideal candidate for this Senior Systems Engineer (LIMS) position will have at least 3 years of experience in IT Application Support or Development. Your experience with one or more programming languages will be highly valued. Your excellent communication skills will enable you to effectively manage customer enquiries and maintain strong business relationships.

• Candidate process at least Bachelor’s degree in Science and/or Information Technology.
• At least 3 years of working experience in IT Application Support and/or Software Development.
• Experience in one or more programming languages (e.g. Visual Basic). Languages do not have to be Object Oriented.
• Excellent communication skills (both written and verbal English).
• Tertiary qualification in Science and/or knowledge in Laboratory or Quality Control (QC) processes will be an advantage.
