What you bring: The ideal candidate for the UI Developer role brings a wealth of experience in strategic online marketing or e-commerce business. You possess comprehensive knowledge of web and app development technologies, including front-end frameworks. Your proficiency in front-end programming languages and familiarity with API integration and CMS will be crucial in this role.
- 5 years experience in web and app development technologies including front-end frameworks like React, Vue.js, Angular. Proficiency in front-end programming languages (HTML, CSS, JavaScript) and familiarity with API integration.
- Experience with Content Management Systems (CMS) and back-end interactions. Expertise in designing intuitive interfaces that drive engagement.
- Proficiency in wireframing and prototyping tools (Figma, Adobe XD, InVision).
- Deep understanding of usability principles and user testing methodologies including experience with A/B testing platforms like Optimizely. Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including SEO and SEM.
- Strong analytics skills to interpret data from tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience in A/B testing and interpreting user behavior data.
- Solid project management skills to lead sprints, manage timelines, and oversee web/app development projects.
- Proven ability to mentor junior designers and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
