What you'll do:
As a Software Support Engineer (L3), you will be at the forefront of resolving complex technical issues. You will collaborate with other engineers to develop and implement innovative solutions that enhance the performance and functionality of our software products. Your commitment to continuous improvement will drive enhancements in our support processes, ensuring we deliver exceptional service to our users. Staying updated with the latest technologies and trends in software support will be key to your success in this role.
- Provide L3 support to customer on a rostered basis
- Ensure uptime and availability of warehouse automation system as per SLA
- Provide after-working hours standby whenever required
- Provide clear communication with clients and internal stakeholders for progress update
- Perform root cause analysis and recommend improvements
- Participate in design, development and testing modules
- Release training of application changes and patches
- Coordinate UAT and deployment to production environment

- Strong knowledge of software support
- Experience providing L3 support
- Ability to troubleshoot complex software issues
- Experience with Java, HTML, CSS
- SQL database knowledge (DDL, DML, TCL, DQL, DCL)
- Familiar with development tools such as Eclipse, Jenkins, GIT, SVN, CVS
- Understanding in Oracle Database, Unix, and basic network concepts
