What you'll do: As a Senior MERN Stack Developer, you will play a pivotal role in leading a team of junior developers. You will be responsible for hands-on coding and providing technical leadership. Your proficiency in MongoDB, NodeJS, Python, React, and React Native will be crucial in developing server-side applications and building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces.
- Lead a small, talented team consisting of junior developers.
- Engage in hands-on coding while providing technical leadership.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to understand requirements and deliver solutions.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of software components.
- Utilise your expertise in MongoDB, NodeJS, Python, React, and React Native for various development tasks.
- Manage Node.js applications using PM2 - Process Manager.
What you bring: The ideal candidate for the Senior MERN Stack Developer role is someone who has an excellent command of both Mandarin and English.
- Fluent English and Mandarin speaker.
- 3+ years of hands-on experience in designing and managing MongoDB databases, and developing server-side applications using NodeJS. Proficiency in Python for various development tasks.
- Experience in building responsive and user-friendly web interfaces using React.
- Skills in developing mobile applications using React Native.
- Knowledge of PM2 for managing Node.js applications.
- Familiarity with GoLang; expertise is a plus but not mandatory.
