This company is on the hunt for a Lead Java Microservices Developer to join their dynamic Engineering team. The successful candidate will have a strong background in Java development, with a proven track record in designing and implementing efficient microservice architectures.
What you'll do: As a Lead Developer (Fullstack), you will be at the forefront of translating complex business requirements into functional technical architecture documents. Your expertise in microservices architecture will be key in implementing best practices for service decomposition, API design, fault tolerance, and scalability. You will troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize performance of microservices applications.
- Translate business requirements into technical architecture documents
- Implement best practices for microservices architecture, including service decomposition, API design, fault tolerance, and scalability
- Troubleshoot and debug issues, identify bottlenecks, and optimize performance of microservices applications
- Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in microservices development and contribute to the adoption of new tools and techniques
- Supervise projects to closure independently
- Have exposure to containerization and its enablers such as Docker and Kubernetes
What you bring: As a Lead Developer (Fullstack), your extensive experience with Java version 17 or above, Springboot version 3.0 or above, Microservice development, API Security Framework, Distributed Compute Engine (Caching)– Hazelcast / Apache Redis will be invaluable.
- Minimum 5 years hands-on experience in Java17 or above, Springboot and Microservice development, API Security Framework, Distributed Compute Engine (Caching)– Hazelcast / Apache Redis. Knowledge in Angular or React.
- Strong proficiency in Java programming language and related frameworks such as Spring Boot, Spring Cloud, and Hibernate
- Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and orchestration tools
- 2 years’ experience in cloud platform AWS Or Azure
- Proven experience Build/SCM & Deployment Tools
- Exposure to testing and support different environments and able to delivery NFR (Non Functional Requirements)
- Bachelor Degree in Computer Science Engineering / Information Technology
