About the ServiceNow Specialist (Chemical) Role:
In this business critical job, you will play a major role to design and implement ServiceNow based solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Screen and identify ServiceNow Product new features and opportunities for service desk team
• Consult on new features, development of concepts and implementation plans
• Manage cost estimations for implementations
• Guide the implementation along with SMEs, UX Designers, and stakeholders
• Consistent improvement of product, monitoring, health checks, etc.

To succeed in this role, you will need to be equipped with many years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.

Key Requirements:

• Degree in information technology or related
• ServiceNow Certified Implementation Specialist is preferred
• At least three years of experience in a ServiceNow development environment
• Knowledge of Agile methodology
• Experience to work with multi-instances and ServiceNow deployment processes.
