About the Head of Application Services (Financial Services) Role:
In this business critical job, you will play a role to manage the critical applications portfolio and lead the team of application services, including both internal and vendors.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage local and cross border services delivery
• Manage risks related matters associated to the applications under the portfolio
• Manage stakeholders and reports to senior management on health of service delivery, application risks status, deliverable and progress updates
• Manage and monitor service delivery and performance of various vendors
• Manages contracts and financial matters of applications under the portfolio
• Plan, implement and monitor departmental budgets, implement cost saving strategies

To succeed in this Head of Application Services (Financial Services) role, you will need be equipped with strong experience handling 24/7 application services team, especially within the financial services environment.

Key Requirements:

• At least 12 years of working experience in IT Application scope
• At least six years of working experience in managing and leading a team with big capacity and scale
• Experience managing a team with 24/7 coverage basis
• Strong leadership quality and positive mindset
• Knowledge in a banking IT environment covering applications is a plus
