About the Senior Software Developer (Team Lead) Role:
This is a role for an experienced individual who is enthusiastic and passionate about project and software development.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as a technical leader for project implementations
• Analyse business problems and requirements to determine the appropriate technical solutions that are easy to maintain, deploy and scale using the Siemens product
• Prepare technical requirements and specifications and champion the services' effort in coordination with the project manager
• Ensure application integration development principles, standards, and best practices are followed for every project

To succeed in this Senior Software Developer (Team Lead) role, the candidate must have the experience in full software development life cycle and project management.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science/Engineering/other technical disciplines
• At least six years' experience in implementing manufacturing IT systems such as MES or have experience in implementing other enterprise systems such as ERP, PLM, LIMS, WMS, etc.
• Working experience in any of the following industries: CPG, chemical, life science, semiconductor, medical devices, electronics, automotive
• Working experience in software development and programming languages: VB.NET, ASP.NET, C#, HTML 5, Angular JS, JavaScript, SQL Server, Oracle
• Work experience in LINQ or Lambda
• Strong verbal/written communication skills and teamwork
• Ability to assess customer needs and create product requirements documentation
• Proven experience with defining and managing customer expectations using independent judgement and subject matter expertise
• Broad exposure to technology and deep understanding of the software development process
• Previous direct shop floor experience (manufacturing, scheduling, quality assurance, process engineering, etc.) is an added advantage
