About the Front End Developer (React Native) Role:
The company is looking for developers with a keen eye for design for the position of Front End Developer. Front End Developers are responsible for ensuring the alignment of web designs and user experience requirements, optimising web pages for maximum efficiency and maintaining brand consistency across all web pages. Front end developers are required to work with team members to build, improve and maintain Cloud native applications. You will have the opportunity to work with different technologies and bring your ideas to the table to constantly improve the way we do things. In this role, it is essential to be a team player to ensure success.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and build mobile interface components and implementing them in our solutions with emphasis on robust design and ease of maintenance
• Design, implement and optimise hybrid mobile applications for maximum performance and scalability
• Profile and debug mobile applications
• Maintain brand consistency throughout the app design
• Translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code
• Build reusable components and front-end libraries
• Develop and integrate with HTTP and RESTful APIs
• Support and troubleshoot issues and providing workaround solutions

The successful candidate will have experience in build, improve and maintain Cloud native applications, as well as experience in React Native.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, computer engineering or a related technical discipline
• Three years in a hybrid mobile app development or similar role
• Knowledge of mobile application development languages (HTML 5, CSS, React Native, Kotlin, Swift)
• Experience with setting up CI/CD pipelines and publishing App on Microsoft AppCenter and TestFlight for iOS, Android GMS and HMS
• Proficiency in any of these technology domains: HRTech, FinTech and Security
• Good analytical, communication and interpersonal skills are mandatory
