An exciting IT Solutions Analyst - MES application role has just become available in the manufacturing and production of a prestigious electronics manufacturing firm, based in Kedah.

About the IT Solutions Analyst - MES application Role:
This role collects, analyses, develops, documents and communicates business requirements, and works with various IT teams to develop and deliver solutions. Providing support and user training on selected systems (for example SFC, ERP and local applications) and participate in IT projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Gather and document business requirements by engaging with business partners
• Technical lead to handle the in- house application and shop floor system
• Work with various IT teams and the business partners to deliver IT solutions
• Respond to system problems by analysing the issue and determining the next course of action
• Provide system training to end users
• Participate in various IT projects as required

To succeed in this IT Solutions Analyst - MES application role, you must have the knowledge and experience in IT Software Development Life Cycle, In-House Application and Shop Floor System.

Key Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or any related courses
• Minimum of three years' working experience in software development and technical support
• Good understanding of software development life cycle concepts and practices
• Strong customer service orientation
• Good analytical, technical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Good communication and documentation (including flow charting) skills
• Good understanding of software development life cycle concepts and practices
• Good knowledge of the business area to be supported and a good understanding of its associated business processes
• Familiar in specified programming languages. (C#, VB.net, ASP.net)
• Understanding of interrelations between IT components (software, OS, databases, network, servers, etc.)
