About the Lead Frontend Engineer Role:
The Lead Frontend Engineer is accountable for overall application development for one or more IT product solutions, focusing on web frontend. You will work closely with our team of designers, backend engineers and product managers to create high-quality and user-friendly web experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design of web framework using ReactJS, NUXT.js / Vue.js or any other front-end js framework
• Coach developers technically
• Document designs using UML
• Drive the build, unit testing, integration testing and deployments done by developers and/or vendor resources
• Define an action plan to support IT strategy through sound planning, established methods and resourcing to deliver projects within agreed timelines

To succeed in this Lead Frontend Engineer role, you will need to have good organisational abilities, the ability to multitask within a complex environment and good people skills.

Key Requirements:

• Seven or more years of programming experience
• Prior experience in ReactJS and REST/JSON, NUXT.js / Vue.js or any other front-end js framework
• Experience in JavaScript programming
• Experience with HTML5 and CSS
• Recent experience in Agile delivery
• Ability to manage application availability with timely resolution of issues and problems
• Ability to set clear directions, goals and engage staff to translate these into personal actions
