Agile Delivery Lead (Scrum Master)

Our client is seeking a highly skilled Agile Delivery Lead (Scrum Master) to join their dynamic team in Kuala Lumpur. What you'll do:

As an Agile Delivery Lead (Scrum Master), you will play a pivotal role in driving execution certainty and improving team performance. You will work closely with various stakeholders to embed best practices on the ground, ensuring all work contributes to the Domain Scorecard. Your role will also involve reviewing the Domain org design and delivery performance regularly, constantly seeking to 'shift left.'

• Orchestrate and lead Domain-wide delivery improvements
• Analyse and frame delivery performance issues using data and insights
• Drive alignment of transformation agenda with Domain priorities and strategic goals
• Act as a trusted advisor for delivery teams, CPOs, HTLs, and be co-accountable to delivery
• Identify and execute initiatives that improve productivity at Domain/Program level
• Proactively identify, analyse, and steer solutions on organisational impediments and constraints to productivity

You will have a proven track record of driving solutions at multiple levels, taking ownership and accountability of execution. • Expertise in Product Ways of Working involving guiding teams and leaders in adopting a product-centric delivery approach
• Experience in Change Activation involving guiding and implementing organisational change
• Proficiency in Delivery Performance Improvement focusing on enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of delivery processes via data-backed insights
• Ability to identify areas for improvement using data, develop and implement solutions, monitor and evaluate their effectiveness over time
• Certifications such as Scrum Master, Product Ownership, ICAgile, LeSS are desired
