Sales Director (Enterprise Sales, Cybersecurity Solutions)
A fast-growing cybersecurity solutions provider is looking for an experienced Senior Enterprise Sales professional to drive new business growth in Malaysia. This is a hunter-style role for someone who thrives on opening doors, building strategic relationships, and closing complex enterprise deals.
What You’ll Be Responsible For
Drive Enterprise Cybersecurity Sales

Lead the sales of Identity and Application Security solutions, including Strong Authentication, Single Sign-On (SSO), and Identity & Access Management (IAM) for enterprise customers across Malaysia.

Engage organizations undergoing digital transformation initiatives and position security solutions that support their digital journey.
Own the Full Sales Lifecycle

Manage the entire enterprise sales process, from identifying and qualifying opportunities to negotiating contracts and closing new business within your assigned territory.
Build Strategic Relationships

Develop trusted partnerships with CIOs, senior IT leaders, and key stakeholders, gaining a deep understanding of their business priorities, technology strategies, and security challenges.
Develop Territory & Account Strategies

Create and execute strategic territory and account plans aimed at expanding market presence and penetrating enterprise accounts.

Collaborate with marketing teams, sales development resources, and channel partners to generate and accelerate pipeline opportunities.
Accelerate Pipeline Growth

Drive direct customer engagement while aligning with executive stakeholders and strategic partners to strengthen deal momentum and business outcomes.
Maintain Sales Discipline & Forecasting

Ensure accurate pipeline management and forecasting, maintaining consistent CRM updates to support reporting and sales planning.
What We’re Looking For
Experience
-
Minimum 10 years of experience in IT software, solutions, or services sales.

Proven ability to sell into large enterprise environments, ideally with exposure to C-suite or senior IT leadership.

Demonstrated success in a hunter-style sales role, consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.
Industry Knowledge
-
Experience selling enterprise cybersecurity solutions is highly desirable.

Knowledge or experience in Identity, Credential and Access Management (ICAM) or related identity security technologies will be an advantage.
Professional Skills

Strong communication and presentation abilities in English (spoken and written).

Comfortable operating within multinational business environments and engaging senior stakeholders.

Strong relationship management skills, ideally with existing access to senior leadership within large enterprise accounts.

Proven success in account management and channel sales collaboration.
