Product Growth Manager - Email

We’re working with a global cloud communications technology company operating across multiple continents and serving enterprises worldwide. The company builds large-scale, mission-critical communication products used by businesses to connect with their customers every day.

This role sits at the intersection of product, sales, and customer engagement, with a strong focus on go-to-market execution for Email products. It is ideal for someone who is product-minded, commercially driven, and comfortable being customer-facing.

You’ll own the regional GTM strategy and execution for the Email product portfolio, working closely with Sales, Marketing, and HQ Product teams to drive adoption, revenue, and market impact.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

Product Go-To-Market Ownership

  • Own and execute the regional GTM strategy for the Email product(s), aligned with company-level objectives

  • Define and deliver business plans, product targets, and GTM initiatives to drive adoption and growth

  • Act as the regional product authority, ensuring teams and customers understand value, differentiation, and use cases

Sales Partnership & Revenue Enablement

  • Partner closely with Sales to support pipeline creation, deal acceleration, and closure

  • Deliver ongoing product training, enablement, and expert guidance to sales teams

  • Join key customer engagements, including discovery, demos, and value-based conversations

Customer Engagement

  • Spend significant time with customers to understand business needs, challenges, and buying drivers

  • Support adoption, expansion, and upsell through consultative engagement

  • Build trusted relationships with commercial and enterprise customers

Market & Product Feedback Loop

  • Gather and synthesize customer insights, market trends, and competitive intelligence

  • Feed structured insights back to HQ to inform product roadmap, positioning, and commercial initiatives

  • Collaborate with Product and Marketing teams to refine messaging and execution

Performance & Optimization

  • Track key metrics such as pipeline velocity, win rates, and product adoption

  • Use data and insights to continuously refine GTM plans and sales motions

What We’re Looking For

  • 5+ years of experience in B2B product sales, solutions consulting, product GTM, or similar customer-facing commercial roles

  • Proven success driving product adoption and revenue growth in enterprise and/or mid-market segments

  • Strong customer engagement skills, including discovery, demos, and value-based negotiations

  • Deep understanding of product-market fit, competitive positioning, and joint value propositions

  • Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Product, and Marketing teams across regions

  • Ability to translate market and customer insights into actionable plans

  • Excellent communication skills and executive presence; confident working with senior stakeholders

  • Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and BI tools to analyze pipeline and performance

  • Fluent English required; additional regional languages are a plus

  • Willingness to travel within the region as needed
