What you’ll do
As an Enterprise Solutions Manager, you’ll play a pivotal role in expanding enterprise AI adoption across Malaysia. You’ll lead complex sales cycles end-to-end, build strategic partnerships, and work closely with technical teams to deliver solutions that address real-world business challenges.
Your responsibilities will include:

Leading the full enterprise sales lifecycle—from prospecting and qualification through proposal development and deal closure

Building and managing a strong pipeline of enterprise clients and strategic partners

Achieving revenue targets by promoting AI-driven solutions across multiple sectors

Delivering compelling presentations, demonstrations, and proposals that clearly articulate business value

Engaging senior decision-makers to align AI solutions with organisational strategies

Collaborating with pre-sales, data, and engineering teams to design tailored solutions and proofs of concept

Nurturing long-term client relationships to drive renewals, upsells, and account growth

Establishing partnerships with system integrators, technology vendors, and academic institutions

Representing the organisation at industry events, conferences, and thought leadership forums

Tracking market trends, competitor activity, and emerging AI opportunities to inform commercial strategy
What you bring:
You’re a strategic, consultative sales professional with a passion for technology and transformation. You know how to navigate complex organisations, communicate confidently with both technical and executive audiences, and build trusted relationships that last.
You’ll bring:

5–8 years’ experience in enterprise sales, business development, or solution consulting within technology, SaaS, or digital transformation environments

Proven success closing complex enterprise deals, ideally involving AI, analytics, or automation solutions

Strong understanding of AI, machine learning, cloud platforms, and modern technology ecosystems
