Unit Manager, Enterprise Connectivity
This position offers you the chance to shape and drive the complete product lifecycle of a comprehensive enterprise connectivity portfolio, including Fixed Broadband, 5G/4G Wireless, Dedicated Internet Access, Fiber-to-the-Office, SD-WAN, and hybrid networking solutions.
What you'll do:
As Unit Manager, Enterprise Connectivity you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of enterprise networking solutions by driving end-to-end product strategy from conception through to go-to-market execution. Your day-to-day activities will involve collaborating with internal stakeholders to define innovative offerings that address evolving client needs while managing all aspects of product development—including financial planning and resource allocation. You will be responsible for launching new services that set industry benchmarks for quality and reliability while building strong relationships with executive leaders both internally and externally. Success in this role requires a blend of strategic vision, commercial acumen, technical understanding of networking technologies, and exceptional interpersonal skills to inspire teams towards shared goals. By leveraging your expertise in B2B technology markets you will ensure that each solution not only meets but exceeds customer expectations—cementing your reputation as a trusted partner in digital transformation.

Lead the development of cutting-edge solutions including DIA, FTTO, wireless (5G/4G), and hybrid networking technologies. - Shape the story.
Build compelling product positioning and value propositions that resonate with enterprise customers and stand out in a competitive market. - Make the case.
Develop robust business cases backed by detailed financial analysis—CAPEX, OPEX, budgeting, forecasting—to secure investment and drive execution. - Lead with impact.
Guide cross-functional teams through successful product launches, pricing strategies, and go-to-market execution. - Collaborate at the top.
Engage with C-level leaders, strategic partners, and key customers to build lasting relationships and deliver measurable outcomes. - Stay sharp.
Monitor market trends and customer feedback to fuel continuous improvement and innovation. - Drive excellence.
