The successful candidate will bring a strategic vision to customer events, manage all trade show activities, and create engaging website content tailored to local market needs.

What you'll do:

As a Regional Marketing Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the marketing strategy for two key business units. Your responsibilities will include developing and executing marketing strategies, managing trade show activities, bringing a strategic vision to customer events, drafting website content tailored to local market needs, working closely with Account Managers on email campaigns/actions, preparing marketing reports and status updates, as well as developing and managing the marketing budget.

• Develop and execute strategies for two business units (Medical and Software)
• Responsible for strategic planning, market analysis, communication, and promotion related to sales actions, events, and trade shows
• Select and manage all trade show activities
• Bring a strategic vision to customer events
• Recruit customers to attend/present at events
• Draft and oversee website content tailored to local market needs
• Work with Account Managers to create and launch email campaigns/actions
• Prepare marketing reports and status updates
• Develop and manage the marketing budget

What you bring:

The ideal candidate for the Regional Marketing Manager position will have a Bachelor’s degree in business (Marketing major preferred), along with excellent computer skills. You should be able to demonstrate strong communication skills, problem-solving abilities, independent project execution capabilities, creativity, energy, positivity, organization skills, self-motivation. Experience in leading a regional marketing team is essential. Willingness to travel for trade shows and meetings at headquarters is also required.

• Bachelor’s degree in business is required; Marketing major and MBA preferred
• Excellent computer skills, particularly in Excel and PowerPoint
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask and execute projects independently
• Creative and energetic with a positive attitude
• Organized and self-motivated
• Experience in leading a regional marketing team
• Willingness to travel to trade shows and headquarters
