What you'll do:
As a Customer Success Lead, you will be at the forefront of our client's operations, leading a dedicated team focused on delivering exceptional service to customers. Your role will involve developing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction, driving store traffic, and increasing profitability. You will also manage relationships with key clients, ensuring their needs are met and expectations exceeded. Additionally, you will identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within the existing client base. Regular reporting on team performance and customer feedback to senior management will also be part of your responsibilities.
