Our client is seeking a dedicated and passionate Senior Account Manager for Cloud Solutions to join their team in Kuala Lumpur. This role offers an exciting opportunity to exceed revenue targets on AWS & Google Cloud business, develop sustainable sales pipelines, and become a trusted partner for customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts, supporting marketing activities, and ensuring high-quality customer service. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a dynamic environment where you can utilise your skills and make a real impact.

What you'll do:

* Meet or exceed revenue targets on AWS & Google Cloud business
* Develop, manage and grow a sustainable sales pipeline to produce successful business outcomes with the assigned existing key accounts and new accounts
* Accelerate customer cloud adoption and become customer’s trusted partner
* Support marketing activities such as webinar & physical events
* Ensure high quality of customer service for all inbound requests
* Respond and qualify incoming enquiries
* Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand B2B customer base
* Cooperate in the development and execution of a territory plan including outbound calling against established target lists

What you bring:

* Degree or Diploma in any discipline
* Above 2 years working experience in corporate B2B business in IT industry, and proven experience in sales / marketing environment
* Passionate about Cloud Technology, especially on AWS & Google Cloud
* Willingness to learn and self-motivated nature
* Strong verbal and written communication skills in Malay, Mandarin and English
