An exciting Solution Architect (Storage & Server) job has just become available at one of the IT distributors based in Petaling Jaya.
About the Solution Architect (Storage & Server) Role:
In this role, you are responsible for designing, building, and implementing enterprise-class solution systems for the end-user environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Support sales teams on proposals and pitches for business. Be the technical expert in client meetings providing product knowledge/technical consultation to potential clients to close the sale
- Prepare business cases for sales teams to support their proposals. Conduct POC to match the client’s enterprise requirements. Complete RFP/RFI/Proposals preparation, solution architecting and design, training, project management, guidance, and planning
- Provide product presentation/demonstration to clients
- Qualify sales opportunities with the sales team to accurately determine product suitability, size and probability of success
- Conduct in-depth needs analysis with clients’ technical staff to determine technical requirements and solutions. Conduct internal product training to sales and channel team
- Address high-volume of prospect’s questions in quality driven, comprehensive manner to ensure satisfaction. Be the “go-to” person with regards all technical support queries and questions
To succeed in this Network Engineer role, you must have experience in IT server and storage, HCI.
Key Requirements:
- An experienced Solution Architect for IT server and storage, HCI
- Competent product knowledge and presentation skills. Good customer relationship management skills
- Ensure end-to-end and success of POC cycle
- Able to work with different department to ensure success of a project
- Strategic thinking and organisational skills in crafting winning sales proposals
