Account & Management Ops Exec

An exciting Account & Management Ops Exec job has just become available with one of the fast-growing SaaS fintech companies based in Kuala Lumpur.

About the Account & Management Ops Exec Role:
In this job you are responsible for tracking client’s utilisation of services, proofreading client agreements, tracking of billing, and identifying opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell for the organisation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Track client’s utilisation of services, entering data into Salesforce, drafting and proofreading client correspondence and agreements for the Sales team. Enter new client information into the CRM
• Deal with Tier One/Tier Two banking clients and enterprise clients to ensure utilisation level of the organisation’s subscription-based pay-as-you-use model
• Collaborate with the project management team to operationalise 30, 60 and 90 day plan post go-live. Collaborate with the Account Director team to identify any opportunities to cross-sell or up-sell
• Be the first point of contact for client issues including billing

To succeed in this Account & Management Ops Exec role, you must have a minimum of one year of work experience in SaaS/software/IT background in a sales role.

Key Requirements:

• A bachelor's degree with a proven track record of success in a client-facing role
• Must come from SaaS/software/IT background. Strong writing and communication skills
• Familiarity with or interest in business strategy, operations, and project management
• Comfortable in high-stakes environment that requires tactful communication and negotiation skills
• Self-starter and able to work independently. Self-motivated and able to deliver high-quality results
