  • Comprehensive understanding of core banking systems architecture including mainframe or AS400 environments or similar technology platforms used in financial institutions.
  • Familiarity with software development lifecycle (SDLC) processes as well as Agile methodologies for iterative project delivery.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science or a related discipline from an accredited institution.
  • Exceptional project management skills including stakeholder engagement, resource coordination and multi-initiative oversight.
  • Excellent analytical abilities paired with strong problem-solving skills enabling you to navigate complex challenges efficiently.
  • Advanced documentation capabilities ensuring clarity in reporting progress updates and maintaining accurate records throughout each project phase.
