- Facilitate key Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning sessions, daily stand-ups, reviews, and retrospectives to drive team engagement and progress.
- Oversee comprehensive project governance including risk identification, issue resolution processes, dependency tracking, and adherence to internal controls.
- Ensure strict compliance with regulatory requirements and security standards throughout all phases of project delivery.
- Monitor budgets and resource allocation efficiently while providing transparent project reporting to senior management.
- Champion continuous improvement initiatives by identifying process enhancements and promoting delivery excellence across project teams.

- Demonstrated success overseeing complex IT programmes such as core banking systems implementations, digital platforms launches, data integration efforts, or regulatory compliance projects.
- Exceptional stakeholder management abilities with a track record of engaging senior business leaders and technical experts collaboratively.
- Comprehensive understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC), robust project governance structures, and effective risk management strategies.
- Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), PRINCE2 (Projects IN Controlled Environments), AgilePM (Agile Project Management), CSM (Certified ScrumMaster), PSM (Professional Scrum Master), or SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) are highly advantageous.
- Excellent interpersonal communication skills combined with leadership qualities that foster teamwork and problem-solving capabilities among diverse groups.
- Experience working on core banking systems upgrades or digital banking solutions is desirable but not mandatory.
- Exposure to regulatory-driven projects involving compliance monitoring, risk assessment procedures, or statutory reporting requirements would be beneficial.
