What you'll do:

• Conduct comprehensive requirement analysis for complex ERP, MES, and AI-driven systems within manufacturing and warehousing environments to ensure alignment with industry best practices and client needs.
• Drive the product roadmap by collaborating closely with stakeholders to align technical solutions with overall business strategy while maintaining transparency throughout the development lifecycle.
• Lead and mentor teams of Quality Assurance (QA) and Business Analysis (BA) professionals by fostering best practices in software quality assurance and business analysis methodologies.
• Work alongside senior stakeholders to define clear business objectives, gather high-level requirements, and design robust enterprise solutions tailored to operational needs.
• Establish governance frameworks for quality assurance by defining testing strategies and implementing automated testing solutions that enhance software reliability and performance.
• Identify inefficiencies in existing business or system processes through detailed analysis; recommend and implement improvements that drive continuous process optimisation.
• Develop advanced test plans for enterprise applications, perform risk-based testing activities, and oversee User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure successful deployment of new features or products.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution processes by collaborating with developers and project managers to maintain product stability throughout all stages of release cycles.
• Act as an effective communication bridge between technical teams and business users by translating complex system functionalities into accessible language for non-technical stakeholders.
• Ensure all business processes and system implementations comply with relevant industry standards and regulations while maintaining up-to-date documentation for requirements, designs, test plans, and user manuals.

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science or related discipline is required for this role.
• A minimum of five years’ experience as a Business Analyst in projects within ERP or MES environments.
• Proven track record implementing enterprise systems within manufacturing or supply chain settings; familiarity with process optimisation techniques is essential.
• Resourceful mindset suited to startup environments: adaptable when facing ambiguity; proactive in problem-solving; committed to building scalable processes from the ground up.
• Expertise in Agile methodologies with hands-on experience driving Agile QA/BA practices within cross-functional teams for iterative delivery cycles.
• Exceptional communication skills enabling effective engagement with stakeholders at all levels—from technical specialists to executive decision-makers—and translating requirements into actionable deliverables.
• Strong analytical abilities allowing you to provide strategic insights based on data-driven assessments; capable of making recommendations that support long-term organisational goals.
• Hands-on experience using Business Intelligence tools or data analytics platforms is considered advantageous; exposure to AI-driven testing or robotic process automation (RPA) would be beneficial as well.
