- Minimum 7 years’ experience in business process management, business systems development or process reengineering within complex organisations.
- Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Business Administration or related discipline demonstrating strong academic foundation.
- Comprehensive background in finance, accounting, sales, budgeting and expense management systems supporting cross-functional operations.
- Hands-on expertise in programming languages such as C# (most critical), .Net, Azure environments as well as Java, VBA, VB or JavaScript technologies.
- Proven track record in system architecture design including coding standards adherence, code review processes, database design principles, testing methodologies and performance tuning strategies.
- Demonstrated experience managing engineering or development teams with responsibility for mentoring six or more members.
- Ability to bridge technical implementation with business needs by collaborating effectively with both technical experts and non-technical stakeholders.
- Exceptional communication skills combined with supportive leadership style fostering teamwork across diverse groups.
- Strong interpersonal abilities enabling you to build trust-based relationships throughout the organisation.
- Preference given to candidates who possess robust business process backgrounds rather than purely technical expertise.
